15 Years of Peace of Mind
We stand behind the quality of our mattresses. Each one is backed by a 15-year limited warranty that covers:
- Visible sagging or body impressions greater than 1.5 inches
- Manufacturing defects in the foam or mattress cover
- Splits or cracks in the foam under normal use
- Defects in the zipper or seams (excluding accidental damage or misuse)
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal softening over time
- Damage from misuse, stains, or improper foundation
- Mattresses not used on a proper base or frame
How to Make a Warranty Claim
We make the process easy and hassle-free. If you think you have a warranty issue:

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
- Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
If your claim is approved, we’ll either repair, replace, or refund the product, depending on the nature of the issue.

- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Seams, stitching, or zipper issues that occur under normal use
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., pilling, fading, or softening over time)
- Damage due to misuse, improper washing, bleach use, or harsh detergents
- Stains, odors, or damage from liquids or oils
- Comfort preference or perceived firmness/loft loss
